At Canna Doctors, we make getting a medical marijuana card simple.

Upon arrival, fill out a short medical history form and additional documents. Bring a valid Florida ID or driver’s license to prove residency.

The doctor will review your medical history: your condition, duration, cause, and any prescriptions taken.

If you qualify for a medical cannabis recommendation, you’ll be registered with Florida’s Office of Compassionate Use and receive your State Medical Marijuana Patient number before you leave.

After your appointment, you’ll receive an email from the Florida Department of Health. Follow the instructions.

You’ll then receive a second email with your temporary patient ID card, providing same-day approval for new patients with a Florida driver’s license. Recertification or transfer patients become active immediately after their doctor’s appointment.
